While we celebrate another stolen Pagan holiday, pretending the "Reason for the Season" is a god-child born to a "virgin", rather than millennia upon millennia of local (aka Pagan) festivals geared around the solstice, let's all tip back another egg nog and pretend to care.
May you all feast, drink and be happy! The long nights will soon shorten, and the warm days lengthen. Death shall be overcome as Nature prevails and is born once more!
